Solicitation Info: All quotes/responses shall be submitted via email to Jaclyn Porter at [email protected] no later than 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on 21 July 2026. Solicitation N0042126Q1263 is issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis to vendor Viasat for items as listed under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 12. Offerors must be registered in SAM.GOV database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.SAM.gov. Vendors must be Viasat authorized distributor who is the OEM and provide documentation via an official letter of authorization (LOA) provided and signed by Viasat to be considered. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by 5:00PM Eastern Standard Time on 21 July 2026 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. How to bid on this

This is a contract solicitation, not a grant. To bid, you submit a proposal (usually a price and a description of how you would do the work) directly to the government, through the channel the official listing specifies, not through Oppward.

  1. Make sure your business has an active SAM.gov registration. You cannot be paid on a federal contract without one.
  2. Read the full solicitation on the official listing above, especially the scope of work, not just this summary. Our guide to reading a solicitation walks through what to look for.
  3. This listing has no set-aside restriction ("full and open competition"), meaning any business, large or small, can bid.
  4. Submit your proposal by the deadline, using the exact submission method the official listing states. A technically on-time bid sent the wrong way is often treated as late.
