W91QF4-26-Q-A040 Combined Synopsis/Solicitation – CGSC Access Control System Replacement (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in RFO FAR 12.202, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation # W91QF4-26-Q-A040 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). (iii) Federal Acquisition Circular: This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01 effective as of 13 March 2026. (iv) NAICS code: The corresponding NAICS code for this solicitation is 561621 – “Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths)” with a size standard of $25M (PSC of J063 – Maint/Repair/Rebuild of Equipment-Alarm, Signal, And Security Detection Systems.
An Offeror must be registered on the System for Award Management (SAM) before an award could be made to them.
If a company is not registered in SAM, they must do so by going to SAM web site (https://www.sam.gov) and registering prior to submission of a proposal.
This requirement is being advertised a Total Small Business Set Aside.
