THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE A SINGLE AWARD FIRM FIXED-PRICE SUPPLY PURCHASE IN A FUTURE CONTRACT FOR SHUTES BRANCH AT OLD HICKORY LAKE U.S.

ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS – NASHVILLE DISTRICT’S NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE A FUTURE CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF A CLIVUS MULTRUM M35 COMPOSTING TOILET SYSTEM.

The U.S.

Army Corps of Engineers Nashville District will be soliciting a sole source quote for a Single Award Firm Fixed-Price supply contract for the supply of a Clivus Multrum M35 Compost Toilet System.The Compost System are to replace a current damaged system.

The Government requires the purchase of only the Clivus Multrum items identified herein.

No substitutes, variances, alternates, third-party equivalents, or products from other manufacturers shall be accepted.

The Contractor shall furnish and deliver the items to the US Army Corps of Engineers - Old Hickory Power Station in Hendersonville, Tennessee.

The items include: One (1) Clivus Multrum M35 Compost Tank Four (4) toilet seats and lids Four (4) foam flush toilet flanges Two (2) MB100 Two (2) foam flush toilets All components are to be manufactured by Clivus Multrum and fully compatible with the M35 compost tank system used with foam flush toilets.

This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes.

All responsible sources may identify their interest and submit clearly articulated product information.

Information provided will be considered solely at the discretion of the Government.

The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of RFO 6.103-1.

Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a quote.
