Snap-On Part Numbers: LASER12, FMTKHUGERAYBM, KWSN2973AST.
Alternative brands will be acceptable as long as all of the salient characteristics are met as outlined in the attached documents.
It is the responsibility of the contractor to ensure that enough information is provided to the Government in order to verify that alternative items meet the salient characteristics.
The Government reserves the right to find any proposal 'unresponsive' if inadequate product information is provided that cannot throughly support review of alternative items.
The Government reserves the right to review and make determination of acceptability without discussions.
