This solicitation will contain one NSN for a Impeller Assembly [WSDC: 06F] End Item: Aircraft, Hercules C-130.

The NSN and quantity are as follows: NSN 6620-004637489 with a quantity of 70 SO.

The requirement will contain a Government First Article Test (FAT) of -01 unit at 180 Days ARO.

The total production delivery schedule is 418 days ARO, FOB: Origin; Inspection/Acceptance: Origin.

The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.

The solicitation issue date is on or about March 11, 2026, in accordance with 19.502-2 -- Total Small Business Set-Asides.

The offeror must furnish drawings and other data covering the design, materials, etc., of the exact product cited in the AID, IAW 252.236-7001 Contract Drawings and Specifications.

IAW Basic Drawing NR 13873 DLAA-R0005-0001 Revision NR B DTD 05/27/2022 Part Piece Number: Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services.

However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. "Item cited requires data which is restricted to contractors certified by DoD to access unclassified data per DoD 5220.22M.

Certification is obtained by submitting DD Form 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement, to the Defense Logistics Information Services.” Offerors must submit a completed solicitation package.
