The purpose this Amendment 1 is to update Attachment 5 L-4 RFP Questions and Responses to respond to industry's questions and concerns.
Questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted via email to the contract specialist at [email protected] and [email protected] utilizing Attachment L-4 RFP Questions Form.
Each question or comment should reference the applicable document, page number, and paragraph number.?
Offerors shall not include any proprietary information in a question, because the Government will provide the question and answer to all potential offerors.
All questions must be submitted no later than 1:00PM Pacific Time on the 7th calendar day after the date that this amendment is issued.
Questions received after the deadline above may be answered at the Government’s sole discretion.
The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division at China Lake, CA is soliciting for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Contract (MAC) on a full and open competitive basis for the development and fielding of Development and Fielding of Intelligence Exploitation and Targeting Systems (IETS) systems/prototypes related to future systems and the sustainment of deployed systems.
This is a follow-on effort to IDIQ contracts N6893621D-0016 through -0018.
