The Regional Contracting Office (RCO) is soliciting a requirement for a one-year, subscription-based commercial Artificial Intelligence (AI) workforce development and training service.
Quantity/Scope: Firm-Fixed-Price subscription providing on-demand, self-paced online training access for up to 100 personnel assigned to MAGTFTC/MCAGCC.
Core Curriculum Requirements: The platform must deliver structured training modules in AI literacy, generative AI, prompt engineering, workflow automation, data analysis, and the practical application of AI technologies specifically tailored within Department of Defense (DoD) and Federal Government environments.
Technical/Performance Requirements: The contractor must provide structured learning paths, on-demand course access, administrative oversight capabilities including user progress tracking, completion reporting, and direct administrative dashboard access for the commands Technical Point of Contact (TPOC).
Delivery/Period of Performance: The service is a 12-month (annual) subscription.

AMENDMENT 0001 The purpose of this amendment is to: Incorporate an updated Statement of Work (SOW) to clarify technical requirements and salient characteristics.

The deadline for receipt of quotations is extended to Friday 9/18/2026 at 12:00 PM PST.
