The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made.

No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract.** This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and quotes are being requested.

This solicitation document, which incorporates provisions and clauses for commercial items, are those in effect through the DAF Contracting Compass.

In order to be considered for award, offerors shall return a copy of this solicitation with all representations filled in.

Offerors may elect to use their representations in SAM.gov to fill this requirement.

Offers shall be submitted in pdf format and are limited to 10 pages.

The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to design, deliver, build, and install two (2) four-wall, single-story modular office structures at McConnell AFB, KS: Unit 1: Hangar 1126 (South Bay) Unit 2: Hangar 1107 Both units shall be installed directly upon the existing level concrete hangar floor slab.
