Amendment 0004 - The purpose of this amendment is to provide a revised Statement of Work.

The revision that occurred was to remove line 3.1.8 "the contractor must be the authorized dealer of the specific office workplace furniture manufacturer proposed for the project".

This wording correlates to the Office Workplace Furniture (OWF) which is not being utilized for this requirement.

This is a new requirement to procure office furniture (cubicles, desks, chairs, and cabinets) and install it on Schriever Space Force Base.

Additionally, to replace old carpet/flooring with new carpet/flooring and cove base.
