The U.S.
Army Corps of Engineers is seeking a fully serviced lease in professional office space in the Arcadia, California area with the following criteria: A minimum of 11,000 usable square feet (USF) to a maximum of 12,000 usable square feet (USF) of space in an existing Class A or B professional office space.
Lease term of one-year with renewal options for up to nineteen (19) consecutive one-year terms.
Reserved, on-site parking for up to two (2) government vehicles.
Located within the following delineated area: City limits of Arcadia, CA Expressions of interest should include the following: Building name and address Location of available space within the building AutoCAD file of the available space Usable square feet (USF) and rentable square feet (RSF) of available space Proposed rental rate per RSF (shell rent and operating rent) Evidence of ownership or authorization to represent owner Lease award will be based on Best Value Trade Off.
The details regarding the Method of Award and requirements are noted in the Request for Lease Proposal (RLP).
Due to the sensitivity of our requirements, the Agency Specific Requirements and Security Requirements will be provided when expression of interest is received.
Expressions of interest are due no later than 3:00 PM (PT) on Friday, September 18, 2026.
