The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) requires the services of EZ Pass Massachusetts Turnpike.
The DEA intends to award a firm-fixed price sole source Purchase Oder to the Massachusetts Dept of Transportation, 10 Park PLZ, Boston, MA 02116-3993 for the purposes of providing EZ Pass Massachusetts Turnpike services.
This acquisition is being pursued on a sole source basis in accordance with 13.501, are exempt from the requirement to promote full and open competition.
