This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The Government reserves the right to make multiple awards from this RFQ.
This notice is being issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) under solicitation number 80JSC026Q0006 for pilot chamber testing facilities capable of performing hypobaric Decompression Sickness (DCS) studies.
The facilities are to perform three test days, collecting and recording data each day as they would for a research protocol.

The provisions and clauses in the RFQ are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Certification (FAC) Number 2026-01.
