Solicitation number 75D301-26-Q-95343 is issued as a Request for Quotation for the project titled: "Facilitating Research, Programmatic, and Operational Support of the National Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis’ (ALS) Biorepository in support of the ALS Registry Act." This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns.

This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference.
