DIPLOMATIC COURIER SUPPORT SERVICES - WOMEN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (WOSB) SET-ASIDE The Government encourages responsible WOSB concerns to review this notice and submit an offer in response to this combined synopsis/solicitation.

CONTRACT INFORMATION - The U.S.

Department of State, Bureau of Global Acquisitions hereby issues a combined synopsis and solicitation for Diplomatic Courier Support Services (DCSS).

The acquisition is a total set-aside for Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) concerns eligible under the Small Business Administration (SBA) WOSB Federal Contract Program.

The Government anticipates awarding one contract to provide Diplomatic Courier Support Services (DCSS).

DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT The Department of State (DOS) requires a WOSB Contractor for comprehensive operational and logistic support in support of Diplomatic Courier Services.

The Contractor shall provide qualified personnel and managment support necessary to accomplish the requirements identified in the Performance Work Statement. (PWS).
