The Government requires a Ground Panoramic Night Vision Goggle System Kit, brand name or equal to the L3Harris GPNVG System Kit, High FOM UW SA BNVS RUG Tan, Part Number GPG-000-A32, or equal.

Equal products must meet or exceed the salient characteristics attached with this notice. .

Failure to provide adequate documentation may result in the offer being determined technically unacceptable.
