Description of requirement: Room 219 in Building 229C requires a comprehensive technology upgrade of its AudioNisual (AN) and Video Teleconference (VTC) equipment. the tech upgrade will replace all unsupported hardware with modern, vendor-supported equipment.

This modernization will establish a stable, long-term Secure VTC (SVTC) solution that reliably supports both classified and unclassified meetings.
