BPA Set-up for Raw Materials of Base Rock, Clean Rock, and Riprap This is a request for Quotes (RFQ) for the purchase of base rock, clean rock, and riprap for Ozark National Scenic Riverways, Eminence, Missouri.

This solicitation is expected to result in one or more firm fixed price Blanket Purchase Agreement(s) (BPA) commercial supply contract(s).

The individual BPA Call limit is $10,000.00 per BPA Call.

The agreement will end 5 years after the date of award or when the maximum value of $200,000.00 is reached.

Offerors must quote on all elements of the price schedule.

The Government is under no obligation to order from the awarded BPA(s).

Offerors are to refer to the complete solicitation package for full terms and conditions.

The complete solicitation package includes the posting on www. sam.gov, all attachments, and any amendments which may be posted during the solicitation.

Quotes are due by 5:00 PM CDT on September 18, 2026, unless changed by solicitation amendment.

Offerors must acknowledge any/all amendments by the due date and time for quotes.
