This solicitation is for Pine Ridge Job Corps Wind Turbine Maintenance at USDA FOREST SERVICE PINE RIDGE JCC, HWY 385-15710, CHADRON NE 69337.
The contract is subject to Service Contract Act WD 2015-5355.

The contractor must be qualified to service Northwind turbine systems and operate independently without direct government supervision.
This needs to be proven by submission of industry accepted certificates.
Will also be evaluated on, Attachment 1 Statement of Work Wind Turbine.
B) Ability to meet the requirements listed: The Northwind 100 is a utility-scale wind turbine model, and all major systems drive train, blades, generators, gearboxes, hydraulics, and control systems which means they are capable of performing maintenance on this type of turbine.
