This is a notice of Intent to Restrict Competition: Outer Vest Carrier.
All responsible sources may submit a quotation as appropriate which will be considered by the Agency.
This Proposed Contract Action is published to notify potential sources that the USDA Forest Service, Region 8 Law Enforcement and Investigations department intens to award a sole source firm fixed price contract to BPS Tactical Inc. for USFS approved, outer vest carriers.
Interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageious to the Government in writing to Melody Flores electronically at: [email protected] by September 14, 2026 4PM EST.
Information received will be considered soley for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement.
A determination by the Government not to compete this porposed award upon response to this notice is solely withing the discretion of the Government.
No reimbursement for any cost connected with providing capability information will be provided.
