Synopsis: This is a special notice prepared in accordance with the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.1 “Pre-solicitation Notice.” The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Portland District intends to solicit this action as 100% Small Business, firm-fixed-price service contract directly to suppliers to procure janitorial services. The statutory authority for this 100% Small Business set aside solicitation directly to suppliers is the RFO FAR 19.104-3 and RFO FAR 12.201-1(c) (2). A SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE POSTED The Government intends to proceed with this 100% Small Business set aside direct solicitation to suppliers.
