What this contract is for

NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Philadelphia intends to procure course books in support of the National Defense University-Fort McNair. This requirement will be evaluated based on the lowest price, technically acceptable. This will be processes as a small business set aside with the non-manufacturer rule being waived. .
