Regulatory and Statutory Authority This sole-source contracting action is conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Class Deviation / Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) guidelines. Under the RFO, simplified procedures for commercial acquisitions are consolidated under RFO FAR Part 12 [specifically RFO FAR 12.201-1 (Simplified procedures) and RFO FAR 12.102(a) for acquisitions valued at or below the Simplified Acquisition Threshold].
