The purpose of this amendment to Solicitation W912J726RA001 is to extend the period for receipt of proposals to date: 09/15/2026 and remove follow on care for CLINs 0002 and 1002.

Offerors please do not submit proposals with pricing for Follow-on Care in CLINs 0002 and 1002 these have been removed.

RFI Response has been updated and is attached to also reflect changes.

There are no other changes to terms, conditions or attachments, unless otherwise specified explicitly in this amendment and reflected in the changes summary.

All other terms and conditions not addressed in this amendment remain unchanged and in full effect.

The period for receipt of proposals/quotations has been extend to the date of 09/15/2026.
