Here is the PWS: Performance Work Statement (PWS): Centralized Receiving and Shipping Point (CRSP) The contractor shall provide Two (2) appropriately trained, supply and services labor to establish, operate, perform, and manage centralized receiving and shipping point (CRSP).
Work hours are 0700 1530, Monday through Friday (30min lunch alternating).
CRSP tasks include issuing to personnel authorized by delegation of authority card, DA Form 1687 (electronic or manual form acceptable) maintained on file, receiving, unloading or diverting trucks, reviewing manifests, breaking out items, inspecting items, recording transactions, receiving push shipments, redirecting mis-shipments, inspecting, photographing and coordinating with the Installation Transportation Division (ITD).
The contractor shall operate the Automated Manifest System (AMS).
The contractor shall perform these functions in accordance with AR 710-2, DA PAM 710-2-2 AR 735-5.
The contractor shall use material handling, motor transportation to distribute cargo to, or receive cargo from, other CRSPs, ports operations areas, or bases/camps in support of onward movement and retrograde.
The contractor shall distribute and backhaul supplies and materials to supply activities on the installation.
The contractor shall maintain complete visibility of all ISO containers moving to and from the CRSP and provide input to the Army Container Asset Management System (ACAMS).
The contractor shall provide monthly Labor Hours worked per Attachment 0002 Hours Work Report.
The contractor shall submit documents per the Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) found in Attachments 0003 and 0004.
