The Medical Acquisition Support Office - Omega (MASO-O), JBSA Fort Sam Houston, TX is requesting information and conducting market research to identify sources capable of providing an operationally driven mobile application that can answer general and specific questions related to the medical protocols of Paramedics/EMTs while treating their patients, which will enhance the delivery of patient care in the pre-hospital emergency setting. ***Refer to Attachment (1) for the complete list of minimum performance standards.*** MASO-O is issuing this Sources Sought Notice as part of market research to determine if there is an adequate number of qualified, interested contractors that are capable of satisfying the requirement, and whether a small business set-aside is appropriate.
The Government may use the responses to this Sources Sought for information and planning purposes.
This Sources Sought is only for the purpose of identifying potential sources as part of MASO-O's market research.
