This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services provided in accordance with the format in Subparts 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

W50S9C-26-Q-A021 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01.

The Vermont Air National Guard has a Firm Fixed Price requirement for F-35 Mini-Static Display Models as outlined in this solicitation and attached Statement of Work (SOW).

This requirement is 100% set aside for small businesses under NAICS Code 339999 with size standard 550 employees.
