1.0 DISCLAIMER AND ADMINISTRATIVE NOTICE This Request for Information (RFI) is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quotation (RFQ), Invitation for Bids (IFB), or a promise to issue a solicitation in the future.

This RFI does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever.

Furthermore, the Government is not at this time seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals.

Responders are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI; all costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party’s expense.

Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future Request for Proposal (RFP), if any is issued.

2.0 BACKGROUND Space Systems Command (SSC) S6, Cyber and Data, is issuing this RFI to support mission system programs in identifying and selecting commercial Zero Trust (ZT) solutions that align with the U.S.

Department of Defense/Department of War’s (DoD/DoW) Zero Trust Framework and National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Zero Trust guidelines.

Currently, Zero Trust solutions vary significantly across the commercial market in capability, maturity, and implementation approach.

Because of this variance, mission systems face challenges in determining which solutions are best suited to address their specific ZT gaps.

3.0 PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVE To address this need, SSC’s S6 is developing a ZTA Vendor Framework that will provide a structured and categorized view of available commercial ZT solutions.
