This Sources Sought Synopsis (SSS) is in support of Market Research being conducted by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) to identify potential manufacturing/supply sources, and if future efforts can be competitive or Set Aside for Small Business.

This SSS is to notify companies that DLA, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, is seeking qualified sources for the acquisition of the hardware, software, services inherent to production (e.g. inspection, logistics support, program management, configuration management, product assurance, verification of system performance, hazardous material management, obsolescence management, safety), spares, and documentation associated with the Upgrades for the Qatar FMS (Foreign Military Sale) PATRIOT (Phased Array Tracking Radar for Intercept on Target) Program.

This requirement will be placed on existing RTX Long Term Contract, SPRBL1-25-D-0006 for the Portfolio Acquisition Executive (PAE) FIRES Integrated Fires Mission Command (IFMC) Project Office (PO) in support of the Qatar PATRIOT Weapons System.
