All other requirements, terms, and conditions of this notice remain unchanged. ******************************************************************************** DESCRIPTION: The Defense Logistics Agency Weapons Support – Richmond (DLA WS RIC) issues this Sources Sought for a potential Long-Term Contract (LTC) in coordination with the transition of the management of the F135 Propulsion System Sustainment from the F-35 Joint Program Office (JPO) to DLA.

The potential contract is anticipated to have a five-year base and a five-year option (10-year total period of performance).

The potential contract is anticipated to be a comprehensive sole-source requirements-type contract with ancillary services, issued as a basic contract for holistic F135 Engine support under the terms and conditions of basic agreement SPE4AX-22-D-0001.

It will include both consumable and depot-level repairable (DLR) spare parts, as well as ancillary services such as programmatic supply chain forecasting and management.

The current potential material population for programmatic support currently consists of approximately ~435 DLA-managed common NIINs and approximately ~3,500 non-NSN engine components identified as sole source to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for material support.
