AMENDMENT 02 - NOTICE OF SCOPE AND POPULATION UPDATE (RE-OPENING NOTICE) The purpose of this Amendment 02 is to update the estimated item population, clarify the material support scope, and re-open the response window for five (5) calendar days: Material Population Update: The potential material population consists of approximately ~2,000 DLA-managed common NIINs and approximately ~2,700 non-NSN engine components identified as sole source to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).
Attachment Added: "Amended 02_Sources Sought NIIN List.xlsx" is attached to provide industry with the current planning list of ~2,000 common items.
Scope of Support Update: Both the ~2,000 DLA-managed common NIINs and the ~2,700 non-NSN components are contemplated for material support under the proposed contract.
Response Due Date: The response deadline for capability statements is extended.
All responses must be submitted electronically to the Contracting Officer no later than 09/14/2026 at 5:00 PM EST.
