This Sources Sought notice is being issued by the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD).
The Government is seeking information regarding the procurement of testing services for U.S.
Navy Lubrication Oil, Fuel Oil, Hydraulic Oil, & Grease applications.
Specifications are listed in the attached Sources Sought Notice and Statement of Work (SOW).
SUBMISSION OF RESPONSES: Respondents shall provide capability statements with specific information regarding their ability to provide the required services described in the Sources Sought Attachment and SOW.
NSWCPD will only accept unclassified, electronic submissions.
Responses shall be submitted via email to [email protected] by 04:00PM EST, 27 August 2026.
Responses shall list "N64498-26-RFPREQ-PD-33-0074" in the subject line.
No phone calls shall be accepted.
This notice is for market research purposes only and does NOT constitute a Request for Proposal.
This notice shall not be construed as a contract, a promise to contract, or as a commitment of any kind by the Government.
The Government is NOT seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals.
This notice is issued solely for conducting market research in accordance with FAR Part 10 and gathering information for planning purposes.
Government WILL NOT PAY for any information received, and the Government will not compensate the respondent for any cost incurred in developing the response to this notice.
