The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) intends to negotiate and award a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) Order under Basic Ordering Agreement N6449824G4001 to Rockwell Automatic Inc., 1 Allen Bradley Drive Cleveland, OH 44124 for procurement of PACS Shipboard Material II.

The Government intends to make an award in the 1st quarter of FY27.

This part of a follow-on procurement for this requirement.

Pursuant to 10.U.S.C 2304(c)(l), Rockwell Automatic, Inc. is the only responsible source of capable of fulfilling the Navy's requirements for the specified effort.

The proposed award and resulting contract modifications are for supplies for which the Government intends solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302.

THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.

Interested parties, however, may identify their interest and capability by responding to the requirement.

The Government will consider all information received prior to the closing date of this synopsis.

Information received will normally be considered soley for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.

A determination by the discretion of the Government.
