The 28th Contracting Squadron at Ellsworth AFB, is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) for component 2 of an audio visual system overhaul and installation.
Offerors must provide a list of equipment being provided as well as a technical drawing of intended system architecture for review of technical acceptability.
Basis for Award: The Government intends to award a single, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract to the offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
Technical and Price Factors that will be utilized. • Delivery: Required delivery is FOB Destination to Ellsworth AFB, SD, no later than 180 days after contract award. • Attachment: All information necessary to submit a quote is contained in the attached RFQ document titled FA469026Q0041.
