The purpose of amendment 0005 to RFP FA448426R0001 is to EXTEND the solicitation closing date from 09 SEP 2026 at 4:00PM to Wednesday, SEPTEMBER 23, 2026 at 4:00PM EST.

All other term and conditions of the solicitation remain. _________________________________ The purpose of amendment 0004 is to incorporate Provision/ Clause 52.219-27 Notice of Set-Aside for, or Sole-Source Award to, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Concerns Eligible Under the SDVOSB Program.

The Solicitation closing due date is not extended.

All other terms or conditions remain the same. __________________________________ The purpose of amendment 0003 is to post answers to vendor questions received.

As a result, the following revisions have been made: 1) Addendum 52.212-2(F)(2)(b) has been revised to include "The government will evaluate the price of any possible extension by dividing the price in the last option period by twelve, multiplying that figure by six, and adding it to the total price of the base and all options." 2) Addendum 52.212-2(F)(3)(a) Recency has been revised to remove "up to three (3)" and read as follows: To be determined recent, performance surveys and performance questionnaires received by the government shall reference projects that have been awarded, completed, or are ongoing within five (5) years from the date of this solicitation.

3) Provisions/Clauses R-DFARS 252.204-7021 and 252.204-7025 have been removed.
