The U.S.
Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to issue a sole source award to the Department of Transportation Maryland, 2310 Broening Highway, Baltimore, MD 21224-6612.

In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(c), the Sole Source Documentation is attached with this notice.
The acquisition will be conducted through FAR 13.106-3(b) for open market purchase orders.
The proposed purchase order is for EZ-Pass tolls and fees for official government vehicles (OGV) for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with Department of Transportation.
In accordance with Competition in Contracting Act, 41 USC 253(c) (1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, other than full and open competition is authorized when there is only one responsible source and no other supplies and services will satisfy agency requirements.
The following FAR Part 12.3 provisions and clauses are applicable to this acquisition: 52.212-4 (Nov 2023) Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items and 52.212-5 (Mar 2026) Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders-Commercial Items.
