Dear Industry Partners, The purpose of this notice is to release Amendment 3 to the solicitation.

Amendment 3 extends the proposal due date to September 16, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.

Eastern Time.

Amendment 3 also updates the following documents: SF 1449: Updates the Period of Performance and delivery dates.

Corrects the Not-to-Exceed values for CLINs X002, X003, and X004.

Request for Proposal (RFP): Updates the Period of Performance and delivery dates.

Corrects the Not-to-Exceed values for CLINs X002, X003, and X004.** RFP Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement: Updates the Period of Performance and delivery dates.

Removes the following conflicting language: “FAA Advisory Circulars applicable to aircraft alteration, repair, certification, and flammability compliance; to”.** RFP Attachment 5 - Addenda: Updates the attachment to reflect the revised proposal due date.** ** To assist potential offerors, all updates to these documents are reflected in track changes.

The Government will not accept any additional questions regarding this solicitation.

Offerors that previously submitted proposals may submit revised proposals in response to Amendment 3.
