The Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, requires the purchase, assembly, and installation of the following truck bed caps: Four (4) SmartCap EVO Adventure, Part No.

EA0315, plus rear door screen protector, for 2026 Ford F-250 Crew Cab, 6’8” bed; and One (1) SmartCap EVO Adventure, Part No.

EA0318, plus rear door screen protector, for 2025 Ford F-150 Crew Cab, 5’5” bed.

The contractor must be located within a 30-mile radius of the Edward J.

Schwartz Federal Building, 880 Front Street, Suite 3200, San Diego, CA 92101.

The anticipated period of performance is September 28, 2026, through December 31, 2026.

The Government will award on an all-or-none basis.

Evaluation and Award This procurement is being conducted under the procedures of FAR Part 13.

The Government intends to award a purchase order to the responsible quoter whose quotation conforms to the solicitation and is determined to be the lowest-priced technically acceptable quotation.
