The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) requires the services of EZ Pass NJ and NY services.
The DEA intends to award a firm-fixed price sole source Purchase Order to New Jersey Turnpike Authority, 1 Turnpike PLZ, Woodbridge, NJ, 07095-1229 for the purposes of providing EZ Pass NJ and NY services.
This acquisition is being pursued on a sole source basis in accordance with 13.501 are exempt from the requirement to promote full and open competition.
