1202SC26Q2716_A00001: The purpose of this amendment is to extend the RFQ closing date to September 14, 2026, 1159 Eastern Time.

STATEMENT OF REQUIREMENT: This requirement is for the purchase and delivery of an estimated quantity of 6,000 lb. capacity cargo swivels cataloged in the National Fire Equipment System as item NFES 0286 and an estimated quantity 6,000 lb capacity, 12’ lead lines cataloged in the National Fire Equipment System as item NFES 0380, to be delivered in various quantities to multiple Incident Support Cache locations nationwide.

SCOPE: This firm-fixed price, BASE + Four (4) Option Year IDIQ procurement contract shall provide all items to include FOB (Destination) shipping for the following: (1) Provide three (3) units of each item for first article testing to the National Technology & Development Program (NTDP) within 14 days of date of award.

These units will be added to stock under FAR 52.209-4 (e )(1) authority, see page 13. (2) Upon approval of first article testing, provide new cargo swivels and lead lines as described herein.

Exact items, quantities and shipment locations shall be determined at Delivery Order level. (3) The contractor shall deliver all items via FOB (Destination) shipping to the appropriate National Incident Support Cache location(s) defined at the Delivery Order level. *See SCHEDULE OF ITEMS on pages 2 – 4. *See BULK DELIVERY LOCATIONS on page 5. *See INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS on page 24.
