The scope of work includes the complete demolition and removal of the existing building and associated site improvements at 3019 Fairwest Place, Montgomery, Alabama. Work shall include the full demolition of the structure down to the building pad, including all architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems; removal of concrete slabs, sidewalks, fencing as indicated, and all interior and exterior components. The contractor shall disconnect, cap, and coordinate all utilities with the appropriate agencies, remove the water meter, and protect any utility services to adjacent properties. All materials, equipment, refrigerants, and potential hazardous materials shall be removed and disposed of in accordance with EPA, state, and local regulations. Debris shall be removed from the site daily and disposed of legally at an approved facility, with any owner-designated salvage items delivered to a location specified by the Owner. Erosion and sediment control measures shall be installed and maintained throughout construction. Upon completion of demolition, the site shall be backfilled, graded to promote positive drainage, and stabilized to allow for mowing. Work shall comply with all permitting requirements and applicable codes, and coordination with governing authorities and utility providers shall be maintained throughout the project.
