Army Military Ocean Terminal Concord (MOTCO) in Concord, California.

USACE SPKs intent is to solicit and award a competitive 8(a) small business requirement.Project Description: This is a non-personal services project to provide Facilities and Utilities Maintenance at U.S.

Army Military Ocean Terminal Concord (MOTCO) across the following functional areas: Maintenance Management Services, Electrical Plants and Distribution Systems, Water Distribution Systems, Wastewater Systems, Stormwater Systems, Fire Protection Systems, Buildings and Structures and Installed Equipment, Pest Management, Roads and paved surfaces, Pier Maintenance and various miscellaneous maintenance requirements, and repair requirements including minor construction in accordance with the Performance Work Statement.

The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, other items, and non-personal services.
