The U.S.

Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) Belvoir Division, in support of Product Manager Force Protection Systems (PM FPS), intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract on a sole source basis with Minuteman Security Solutions, LLC under the authority implemented by FAR 6.302-1.

The objective of this acquisition is to provide Integrated Commercial Intrusion Detection System-V (ICIDS-V) hardware and software for multiple Military Installations.

ICIDS-V provides intrusion detection capabilities for Installation Commanders to protect Government assets and information.

ICIDS-V consists of Commercial off-the-Shelf (COTS) equipment, interior and exterior sensors, Primary Monitor Consoles (PMC), Remote Status Monitors (RSM), Remote Area Data Collectors (RADC), Closed Circuit Television (CCTV), and Entry Control Equipment (ECE).
