NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source Firm-Fixed-Price contract to GILA RIVER INDIAN COMMUNITY UTILITY AUTHORITY, 6636 W SUNDUST RD., CHANDLER, AZ, 85226, under the authority of FAR 6.103-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
If you can provide all of the equipment and services requested, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the Agency and may be e-mailed to [email protected] referencing notice number IHS1529708 NLT the date and time referenced on SAM.gov.
A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract acquisition based upon responses to the notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract or otherwise pay for information provided in response.
The Government reserves the right to use information provided by respondents for any purpose deemed necessary and legally appropriate.
