Amendment 0001 – The purpose of this amendment is to: Provide a copy of the Sample Task Order Description of Work as referenced within Section L6.

Correct an administrative error to the proposal due date year within the Description of the SAM.gov posting.

The proposal due date remains NLT Tuesday, October 6, 2026 at 11:00am CT.

Proposals shall be submitted IAW L.1.8.
