GOVERNMENT NOTICE OF LEASE REQUIREMENT The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking expressions of interest from owners and authorized representatives of properties meeting the following requirements: State: NC City: Raleigh Delineated Area: North: I-540 East: N New Hope Rd South: E Whitaker Mill Rd West: Lead Mine Road Minimum Sq.

(ABOA): 3,500 Space Type: Warehouse Parking Spaces (Total): 6 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 6 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 6 Full Term: 120 months Firm Term: 60 months Option Term: 3 – twenty-four (24) month options Additional Requirements: Space must have a minimal clearance height of 6'8" Space must be able to sustain a floor load of 22,000 lbs Space must be able to provide 100 sq ft for a dedicated storage room.

Space must be able to allow room to navigate 6’8” by 19’ vehicles into the space and enough space to enter, exit and circulate around the vehicles while parked.

Space shall not be located adjacent to or within proximity to, or within residential areas, educational facilities or foreign government offices or entities.

Space must be accessible by the Government 24/7.

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.

A fully serviced lease is required.

Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain).

Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
