What this contract is for
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government intends to make a single firm-fixed price award. The Indian Health Service (IHS) has a requirement for brand-name Cisco equipment and associated components. This requirement is brand-name only. The solicitation is a Buy Indian Set-aside under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541519 Other Computer Related Services-Information Technology Value Added Resellers with an associated small business size standard of 150 employees. The Contractor shall deliver, package, and ship the Products in the quantities and in accordance with the specifications set forth in the “Statement of Work” and “Bill of Materials”.
