What this contract is for
***Funds are NOT presently available for this effort*** The work performed under this contract will consist of Architect and Engineer (A&E) 35% design services for March ARB to involve a comprehensive evaluation and planning effort for the installation's airfield pavements. The initiative will begin with updating the existing pavement network and dividing it into distinct branches and sections. The Service Provider shall furnish the personnel, services, equipment, materials, facilities, and other requirements necessary for, and incidental to, the performance of work identified in the Statement of Work. This acquisition will be conducted as a 100% set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) utilizing FAR Part 36 procedures for selection of firms for architect-engineer contracts. Interested firms may respond to the forthcoming Request for Qualifications. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541330 “Engineering Services” and Product Service Code (PSC) is C211 A-E: General. The size standard is $25.5 Million. The Request for Qualifications Package, along with a Statement of Work and associated documents will be posted on SAM.gov under Contract Opportunities: https://www.sam.gov on/or around 13 July 2026 with a tentative closing date of 31 July 2026. The contract performance period will be 120 days after contract award. All Contractors wishing to do business with the Government are required to register in the System for Award Management (SAM) DoD Database prior to any subsequent award. SAM Registration may be accomplished online at https://www.sam.gov/SAM/.
