THIS IS A COMBINED Sources Sought and Notice of Intent. The U.S. Government currently intends to award a contract to Pitchbook Data, Inc (a Morningstar, INC Company) for continued access to their Pitchbook Software Tool on a SOLE SOURCE basis. However, the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) is seeking responses from vendors that may also be able to perform this requirement thereby supporting a competitive procurement. Accordingly, the U.S. Government highly encourages all interested businesses (large and small) to respond to this sources sought synopsis. Product Service Code: 7A20 IT and Telecom - Application Development Software (Perpetual License Software) NAICS Code: 513210 (Applications development and publishing, except on a custom basis) Size Standard: $47.0M This notice is in support of a proposed Firm Fixed Price (FFP) sole source contract for continued access to the Pitchbook Software Tool. The statutory authority for the sole source procurement is Revolutionary FAR Overhaul Part 6.103-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Description of Requirement: DTRA requires an annual subscription to a commercial, web-based market intelligence and financial data platform that provides real time access to company profiles, financials, deal histories, investor information, and industry analytics to support market research and acquisition planning.
