What this contract is for
Amendment 0001 - Attached updated PWS and Equipment List. Extended due date to 1300 CST on 23 July 2026. The Offutt Field House utilizes various strength and cardio equipment, primarily from Life Fitness, but also Matrix, Stair Master, Rogue, Titan and others. This equipment includes electrically powered treadmills, recumbent bikes, upright bikes, ellipticals, and stair climbers; many of which feature integrated HD screens. Additionally, the Fitness Center includes manually powered spin bikes, row machines, manual treadmills, assault bikes and other fitness equipment. Finally, the Offutt Field House utilizes various Hammer Strength Selectorized Equipment on the weight room floor. This equipment requires periodic maintenance and service beyond the capability of Fitness Center personnel. Therefore, a maintenance contract is required for preventative maintenance and repairs. QUESTIONS DUE DATE AND TIME All questions concerning this solicitation shall be sent in writing to the Contracting Office by 13 JULY 2026, 1100 CST. Answers to all questions will be posted via amendment to www.sam.gov as soon as readily available.
