The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Kayenta Service Unit in Kayenta, Arizona, intends to place a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with JMT, Inc. dba Johnstone Supply (TUE9LNUH9UL8) for the building electrical materials and supplies needed, to operate and maintain government properties to reduce likelihood of “Protection of Property” due to inoperable building functions and to protect government property to provide healthcare services for patients, staff and visitors safety on an as-needed basis.
The anticipated period of performance is a base period of one year from the date of award with one option year.
The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 321912 – Cut Stock, Resawing Lumber, and Planing with a small business size standard of 500 Employees.
No further awards will be made unless the need for Kayenta Health Center (KHC) changes.
The prospective, multiple-award BPAs as identified in this notice are sufficient at this time.
In accordance with Part 12.201-1(e)(3)(i)(A), establishment of multiple BPAs constitute maximum practicable competition.
Any other sources that believe they are capable of fulfilling the government requirements as described are encouraged to submit their capability statement, price lists, and catalogs to the point of contact listed below via email only and no later than 09/14/2026 at 8:00am EDT.
In the event additional BPAs are deemed to be in the best interest of the government, capable vendors may be contacted and be requested to establish a BPA with the Government.
